(insomnia, which i have, within the past 3 years also developed
i used to be a champion sleeper, no longer.)

Queestion for insomniacs out there. what sounds help you fall asleep?

the only sounds that help me fall asleep are the sound of tires rolling
down rained upon streets

and/or tiny doppler bang echoes that sometimes happen
when it is raining a very fine mist, and the wind is blowing

dear livejournal friends, noah used to start off friday night by playing debbie deb lookout weekend     lookout weekends        and so on probably some pointer sisters as well. no one is home right now, but i'm listening to cormega, per journal wk ness and i feel yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa lint is still fun to real life friends, oakland eli's mile high is re-opening june 19th jesse bartending and a spunky brewster reunion it'll be great fun like that.         have a great night kids everywhere.

picture las vegas desert mountain man house shelf summer colorado river 110 deg. 2003: down by the colorado riversss, there are river worms, mostly though, warm water to float in. grottos islands on top of sand and rock. twilight is gorgeous on the river. the cool blows in around then, mixing with the steam off the ground. sticks and hot dogs. and wine, don't forget. the mountain men run the canoe place. when we got there, the door was closed, note reading: "john, we're in the mountains, be back ." they had gone mining you see. the mountain was tall, bare and hard to navigate. so we screamed up a ways, but rock mostly echoes things like dust and hotness. a large metal silo helped . the runt of the family drove up in a run down toyota . opened the door to the shop. he was only 6'2" sinewy and not mountain man enough. his grandpa was 6'5" and there is a photo of him inside, he has a mountain lion slung over his shoulders
